OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1.    SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by 000 MEDIA, INC. (“Sponsor”), located at 2400 Las Gallinas Ave, Suite 155, San Rafael, CA 94903.

2.    ENTRY PERIOD

This  PORSCHE 911 TURBO S 000 Commission Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM PST on October 26, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on March 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

 Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using the ways to enter outlined below.

3.    GRAND PRIZE

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded. 

Grand Prize Details:

Winner will receive a 2024 Porsche 911 Turbo S 000 Commission. Based on the 2024 992 Turbo S with the Lightweight Package, this car is a tribute to the 2022 000 Pikes Peak race car that won the Exhibition Class and set a new Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC) Production Car Record of 9:53, being the first production car to break the 10-minute barrier.

Equipped with a 3.7 Liter Twin-Turbo Flat-Six Engine, All-Wheel Drive, an 8-speed PDK Transmission, the car makes 640 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque.

 Special features include the Sport Chrono Package, full bucket “918” seats, rear seat delete, Burmester® Surround Sound system, 20/21” Exclusive Design Turbo S wheels, Ceramic Composite brakes (PCCB), Front axle lift system and a personalized key.

Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize (“ARV”): Two-hundred eighty-six thousand dollars

($286,000 USD) 

The ARV of the Grand Prize is an estimate based on the ARV of the Grand Prize prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes. If, upon receipt, the ARV and the actual cost of the Grand Prize differ, the difference will not be awarded.

Any taxes on prizes won will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. 

Any taxes on prizes won will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

All prize(s) are subject to the conditions found in these Official Rules.

Should the winner not wish to take delivery of the Grand Prize, the Winner may elect to take a cash alternative which is 75% of the ARV. Should the winner select the cash alternative the winner will receive two hundred and five thousand nine hundred and twenty dollars ($205,920 USD)* two hundred and fourteen thousand and five hundred dollars ($214,500 USD) and no other consideration or prizing.

Any and all expenses not expressly included are solely the Winner’s responsibility, including vehicle transportation, registration and other fees. 

If the Winner resides in a country other than the United States, the Winner must elect to take the cash alternative. 

Any depiction of the Grand Prize is for illustrative purposes only. Actual Grand Prize may differ and Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all liability.

4.    ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who will be 18 years or older at the time of the prize drawing, or the age of majority in the entrant’s local jurisdiction, if older than 18. The Sweepstakes is void in areas part of The Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the US Department of the Treasury sanctions programs which can be found here or to those who appear on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) which can be found here, and any other country or jurisdiction where offering the sweepstakes or the awarding of the prize(s) is prohibited by law (“Eligible Territory”).

Employees, agents and officers of Sponsor and any company which is involved in any aspect of the creation, production, operation, execution, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and, where applicable, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each employee are not eligible to win the Sweepstakes. 

5.    HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

(1) PURCHASE: Entrants making a transaction of $25.00 (Twenty-Five Dollars USD) or greater at 000magazine.com of items that are sold through 000magazine.com including but not limited to subscriptions, single issues, 000 branded apparel, Fine Art prints, stickers, model cars and other items currently listed on the site during the Entry Period will receive entries into the Sweepstakes (“Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases do not include collaborative products and products not sold directly through 000magazine.com (EX: Barton Perreira x 000 eyewear, Aether x 000 apparel, and BRM x 000 watches) or merchandise sold on-site at events (“Product Exclusions”). There is no limit on the amount of daily transactions that may take place. Entries per transaction are as follows:

 

(2) WRITE-IN: To enter without making a purchase, legibly handwrite your full name, complete current mailing address, ten (10) digit phone number, date of birth, and email address, on a 3 x 5-inch index card and mail it in a sealed envelope with proper postage to Porsche 911 Turbo S 000 Commission Sweepstakes, 000 Magazine, 2400 Las Gallinas Ave, Suite 155, San Rafael, CA 94903. All write-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received by April 7, 2025. Write-in entries must be hand-printed and mailed in separately. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope. Each envelope is considered five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes. No reproductions, of any kind, will be accepted. Multiple entries submitted in the same envelope or completed by anyone other than the entrant are void. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above, otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

Eligible entrants must enter via either the purchase or write-in method as described.

Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that entrant’s entry and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than the entrant are void.

Only fully completed entries are eligible. Incomplete entries are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, acceptance of, and compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements contained within these Official Rules.

6.    PRIZE DRAWING

The potential winner(s) will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Sponsor will conduct the drawing on or about April 15, 2025.

Odds of winning the Prize(s) depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7.    WINNER(S) NOTIFICATION

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential Winner(s) via email on or about April 18, 2025. (“Winner Notification”). Failure to respond to the Winner Notification within three (3) business days, will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner(s) may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Potential Winner(s) will be required to complete, sign, and submit an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Publicity Release, and a Liability Release and Indemnification (where allowed by law), as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) and return them, properly executed, within five (5) business days of notification as as a condition of acceptance of prize. Failure to return Prize Claim Documents as specified will result in the entry being disqualified and an alternative winner selected.

Prize must be claimed by April 25, 2025, or an alternative winner will be selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify Winner(s) before any Prize is awarded. Winner must show a valid driver's license and proof of insurance for the Grand Prize before being awarded the Grand Prize

If Winner is unavailable to accept the prize within 30 days of the Winner Notification date the Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate Winner may be selected from a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Winner(s) agree that the Sponsor and its employees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any Prize(s) awarded.

Potential Winner(s) must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternative winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

8.    PUBLICITY 

By entry into this Sweepstakes, Winner(s) consent to the use of their names, identities, and/or photographs for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9.    WINNERS’ LIST

For a list of Prize Winner(s), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to 2400 Las Gallinas Ave, Suite 155, San Rafael, CA 94903 OR go to 000Magazine.com for updated winner information. Prize Winner(s) list requests received prior to the end of the Entry Period will not be acknowledged or returned, in addition to requests received after May 30, 2025.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Limit one prize per person and per household.

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

11. RELEASE

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and, where applicable, each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims or causes of action to injury or damage to persons or property, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use, inability to use, or misuse of any Prize(s), including any related travel or activity.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical errors or failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, unavailability, failures, difficulties, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the entry process; (4) technical, mechanical, network, electronic, computer, printing, typographical, or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible undeliverable, damaged, delayed, postage-due, misdirected or stolen entries, (6) any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the Winner(s), or the processing of entries,

Entrant waives the right to claim any damages, including but not limited to punitive, inconsequential, direct, or indirect damages.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected in conjunction with entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at 000 Magazine Legal Notifications.

By entering this sweepstakes, entrants may receive marketing materials, communications, and other materials from Sponsor and or other companies whose products and services Sponsor feels might interest entrants at a future date. An entrant not interested in receiving this material, should write into info@000magazine.com to notify 000 Magazine of entrants’ desire not to receive such materials.

14. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited by law, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any Prize(s) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.
