May 16, 2026 in New York City
Rare Shades is a traveling show produced by Triple Zero Magazine that celebrates Porsches in unusual colors.
It was designed to be a living forum, a gallery of carefully selected cars that will start conversations, stir creativity, and enable newcomers and the most fanatic fans to see Porsche in a brand new light.
The event helps convey the emotional impact of Porsche's sports cars, both as tools for the road and as coveted design objects while sitting still—perhaps even by those who have no interest in cars at all.

THE VENUE
Minutes from central Manhattan, Wildflower Studios is a private 760,000 square-foot self-contained creative campus composed of 11 soundstages for 21st century storytelling.
Wildflower Studios is developed by lifelong New Yorker and film industry veteran Robert De Niro and real-estate visionary Adam I Gordon, Raphael De Niro, and designed by the groundbreaking architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). The project was realized to create a comprehensive tool for filmmaking—a village of collaboration, creativity, efficiency, and innovation—finally in New York City.

Rare Shades 2 meshed a cars and coffee-style meet-up with rarefied Porsche hues, and added the backdrop of Porsche’s Experience Center as an enviable cherry on top.
rs4: a&D museum los angeles
Rare Shades 4 in DTLA was 000’s first multi-day affair, and showcased an exhibit within the A+D Museum that gave visitors an inside look at the visuals, stories, and design nuances of the magazine.
rs6: aga khan museum
In 2022, 000 brought its sixth Rare Shades show to the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto—the first in Canada—with a carefully considered selection of colorful cars staged inside the modernist museum’s campus.
INTRODUCING RARE SHADES FILMS
Thanks to support from Carlas USA, 000 Magazine and Rare Shades will debut a quartet of films that tell stories about exciting Porsche colors. This series will help honor the return of Rare Shades and its upcoming NYC show in May 2026 and explore each color’s history and the people who have created, preserved, and cherished these hues over time.
The first Rare Shades film focuses on a color near and dear to Justin’s heart: Moonstone. If you have been following him, you’ve witnessed his passion for “one of the rarest colors in Porsche history” and his determined quest to uncover its genesis.
